What is the return policy?

We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded.  We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.
When will I get my order?

Please allow 5-9 working days for processing before dispatch. Delivery time is additional to processing time. Bespoke wig orders may require extra preparation time.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our hair products are manufactured in Vietnam, working with carefully selected suppliers to bring you beautiful hair at affordable prices.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Refunds, Returns & Order Cancellations

Order cancellations and changes
Orders are processed promptly so we can deliver them as soon as possible. Please check your order carefully before placing it, as we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun. 

Change-of-mind returns
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. Return postage is your responsibility. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If we agree to accept a return as a goodwill gesture, we will issue store credit only.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue in line with your statutory rights, including a refund where required.
